BX-701AB Automatic Splitting Machine

For cutting kapton tape, aluminum foil film, double-side adhesive tape, masking tape, duct tape, fabric adhesive tape, and polyester adhesive tape, PE film, foam tape, and high-precision electronic serial tapes, and so on. 

Characteristics:

This machine is developed based on BX-701AA large high-precision single-tube automatic cut. The function of regulating rotation rate of main shaft and rotary blade is added to touch screen. In addition, remote monitoring function is installed for remote customers to ensure the programmed repair on PLC and touch screen at a distant place. To further improve the cutting precision and save material, and to effectively strengthen the control of edge-trim cutting, the deice of automatic regulating cut angle is particularly designed so that the blade keeps changing its cutting angle as varying with cutting procedure, so as to obtain the optimum efficiency. The device of automatic regulating blade rest angle is controlled by PLC, and angle regulation performs at the responsibility of independent step motor.

Contrast to TBX-701TDAA large high-precision single-tube automatic cut, this machine has better precision and higher automatic control degree.
