BX-511 Splitting and Rewinding Machine
Use:
For rewinding and slitting the glue-free products such as sticker, PET, paper, writing paper, film and so on.
Characteristics:
The machine adopts central winding by upper and lower shafts which is pneumatic core shafts and their tension is under the control of magnetic powder clutch ( they are able to be changed into automatic tension control at requests of clients) and gathered to the panel for operation, and the tailstock is designed with protection device for inadequate air pressure. The splitting shall adopt upper and lower rotary blade, featured with stable cutting. Counter calculates precise length automatically .The motor depends on frequency converters for speed adjustment to run stably. Its equipped with independent discharge support and EPC edge correction device.
