BX-526 Multi-fuction Cutting Machine

Use:

 For pasting and rewinding of centrifugal paper, milar, double-side adhesive tape, bu-ki adhesive tape, and polyester adhesive tape, and pasting, heating, and cutting of sheet.

Characteristics:

This equipment is applied with PLC system, touch panel for operation, single spindle for rewinding, and gas spindles for receiving and unwinding. Pressure is controlled by magnetic powder clutch. Operations are integrated with panel. Pasting pulley is applied with silicagel, which can reduce boiloff and viscose effectively. Pulley space and pasting tension are controlled by cylinder automatically. Pasting pulley, co-working with heat pulley after static balancing test, performs well for pasting with heating according to different pasted base materials. Upper and lower pasting pulleys are of extra diameter to enlarge the contact surface of base materials and enhance pasting efficiency. Pasted base materials are smooth, glabrous, compact, and riveless. Length counter measures automatically. Electric engine is accommodated by transducer to run steadily. Transmission applies for stepping electric engine for accurate length. Cutting is performed by eccentric pulley driven by magnet-clutch engine. This machine, if necessary, can also be used as a rewinding machine that has better effects than large rewinder.
