BX-520 Masking Tape Fitter and Rewinder

For fitting and rewinding (heat at the same time) the release paper, mylar tape, double-side adhesive tape, bu-ki tape and polyester tape and so on.

Characteristics

The machine adopts single-shaft for winding and the reeling and rewinding adopt pneumatic core shaft. The tension is under the control of magnetic powder clutch . The mechine is centered on the panel for operation. The adhering wheel adopts silica gel wheels(well control de-gumming and viscose glue) The distance between wheels and adhering tension are under the control of cylinders for automatically. The heating wheels on the adhering wheel pass the testing of static balance. After adherence of basis materials, it finishs adhering different materials via heating. The large diameter of upper and lower adhering wheels to enlarge the touch surface of basis materials to improve adherence product, featured with smooth surface, fineness, no looseness or goffer. Counter automatically calculates length of meter clock. The motor adopts frequency converter for speed adjustment for stable running. When necessary, the machine can be used as rewinding machine but better than large rewinders.
