BX-701AA Single-shaft Automatic Slitting Machine is used for cutting kapton tape, aluminum foil film, double-side adhesive tape, masking tape, duct tape, fabric adhesive tape, and polyester adhesive tape, PE film, foam tape, and high-precision electronic serial tapes, and so on.

BX-701AA high-precision singlel-tube automatic slitter is an automatic device, integrated with photoelectric, magnetic, mechanical, pneumatic and digital control drive. It fully surpasses the traditional model in function and reliability. The tail adopts the high-vertical wall panel, completely eliminating the instability due to underweight of tail. Large rotary blade adopts high-rigid alloy from WG steel group, improving the blade hardness and cutting precision to a considerable degree. Digital control drive system and human-machine interface touch data input mode are also adopted , which strengthens the control of cutting precision and improves the insensitive issue at input.

Human-machine interface touch screen is applied for super-sized 5.7 inch one where 10 types of dimensions can be set up at the same time only during a work cycle without interruptions. Basic action operation is mainly carried out on touch screen where startup and suspension instructions can be directly made. Main shaft and rotary blade rotation can be changed for convenient use. Blade rest adopts imported square linear rail as guide rail, with stable and accurate performance. Dual-valve oil-pressure buffer control device is added to oil-pressure system to ensure the smooth cutting (basically it eliminates the mutual collision induced when Engaging / Retracting ). The control device for quick regulating cut angle and tail lower-pressure protection device is additionally installed to ensure that the machine cannot be started or shut down automatically when pressure less than safe value, with safe and reliable operation.
