BX-210 Slitting and Rewinding Machine

Usage

For slitting of BOPP Packing adhesive tapeCellophane adhesive tape etc. This machine is used for industrial and stationery minute strip dual purpose, with extensive applications.

Characteristics: 

This machine is easy to operate. Automatic alternation is though coiling operation. Teflon is adopted for Upper and lower marking shaft to avoid adhesion. (When processing small-core stationery, a rubber roller shall be added to upper marking shaft to relieve the impact of base paper and plotting paper to tape transmission). Tri-segment length counter controls the coiling procedures to ensure a smooth coiling with an accurate length. Unwinding pulley is specially designed into arch shape to eliminate the influence of material corrugation to rewinding.. Brake smoothly to prevent the rupture of tape. Loading  in the rear is adopted to present more convenience to loading operation and horizontal adjustment. Material pressing pulley is added to reduce noise. This machine is controlled by pressure with a good mechanical performance.
