BX-215 BOPP Tape Slitter

Use: For slitting of BOPP, cellophane paper, masking tape and stationary tape

Characteristics:

This equipment is equipped with industrial #3 air blade. Its pressure can be adjustable and position adjiustalbe horizontally. Upper, middle, and lower knurling spindles are all applied with Teflon to prevent the viscose and reduce the influence of base paper and plotting paper to transmission. Tri-segment length counter controls the process of rewinding  for smooth operation and accurate length. Unwinding pulley is specially designed into arch shape to eliminate the influence of material corrugation to rewinding. Loading in the rear is adopted to make loading operation and horizontal adjustment easy. Material pressing pulley is added to reduce noise. Independent air brake is controlled by pressure to prevent rupture of tapes. Auto swift of dual spindles makes the operation easier and performs more efficiently.
