Slitter & Rewinder

 Use:

For fitting and rewinding of centrifugal paper, milar, double-faced adhesive tape, fabric adhesive tape, and polyester adhesive tape.

Characteristics:

This machine applies dual spindles for center winding by upper and lower winding. Gas-based spindle is adopted for retracting rollers and tension is controlled by magnetic power clutch, integrated on panel. Guide pulley is specially designed with aluminum, processed by static balancing technique, with excellent balancing performance. Pasting pulley is applied with silicagel, which can reduce boiloff and viscose effectively. Pulley space and pasting tension are controlled by cylinder and regulated automatically. Pasted base materials are smooth, glabrous, compact, and riveless. Cutting applies upper and lower rotary knifes cutting smoothly both sides with reduced dividing error, and length counter measuring automatically. Electric engine is accommodated by transducer and running steadily. When it is necessary, this machine can also be used as a rewinding machine that brings better effect than large rewinder.
