Use:

used for the splitting of sticker, double-facedtape, masking tape, bu-ki tape, polyester film, PE film and foam tape, etc.

Characteristics:

The machine adopt pneumatic rotary blade for splitting, The round knife uses the frequency conversion velocity modulation,pneumatic disc feed and tailstock (the tailstock is designed with protection device for inadequate air pressure.), the semi-finished products of sword type structure rotate accompanying with main cutting shaft, PE rubber tubes are designed on the main cutting shaft for disc protection so as to avoid damaging the blade. The machine also has manual cutting functions, equipped with manual push mechanical blade for the splitting. It is easy to conduct the splitting and the splitting section is level; the precise splitting length depends on locating shafts, which are hexagonal shafts so as to process products of six specifications for times of splitting and provide convenience for clients to choose.
