Slitting and Rewinding

 Use:

Used for slitting and rewinding various kinds of non-adhesive optic materials such as diffuse film and so on.

Characteristic:

This machine has good capability of anti-scrape which can avoid scraping or squishing the material while operating; it uses the upper and lower shaft (air swell shaft) to rewind and each of them is droved by a single motor and a transducer; the tensility is controlled automatically by transducer, border rectifying is finished by EPC automatically. Motor speed is changed by transducer; length is controlled automatically; slitting by upper and lower rotary knife.
