Use:

used for rewinding and slitting the glue-free products such as sticker, PET, paper, writing paper, film and so on.

Characteristics:

The machine adopts central winding by double shafts, upside to downside, the winding shafts adopt pneumatic core shafts, whose tension is under the control of magnetic powder clutch (able to changed into automatic tension control at requests of clients) and gathered to the panel for operation, and the tailstock is designed with protection device for inadequate air pressure. The splitting shall adopt upper and lower rotary blade, featured of stable cutting, little errors and automatic length calculation by meter clock. The motor depends on frequency converters for speed adjustment and runs stably, equipped with independent discharge support and EPC edge correction device.
