Use:

used for slitting of BOPP, cellophane paper, masking tape and stationary tape

Characteristics:

This equipment is equipped with industrial blades #3 air blade, suitable for dividing operation of stationary adhesive tapes. Integrated air pressure can be adjustable, and the position can be adjusted horizontally. Upper, middle, and lower knurling spindles are all applied with Teflon to prevent the viscose and reduce the influence of base paper and plotting paper to tape transmission. Tri-segment length counter controls the process of rewinding to protect smooth operation and accurate length. Unwinding pulley is specially designed into arch shape to eliminate the influence of material corrugation to rewinding. Back loading is adopted to present more convenience to loading operation and horizontal adjustment. Material pressing pulley is added to reduce noise. Independent air brake is controlled smoothly by pressure to prevent rupture of tapes. Auto swift of dual spindles makes the operation easier and performs more efficiently.
